Rhys Davies
Director of Business Development and Marketing

Rhys Davies is 3Com Canada's Director of Business Development and Marketing.

Mr. Davies leads the business development of all 3Com solutions, helping companies and organizations reduce costs and increase productivity and competitiveness through the use of 3Com's radically simple, feature-rich networking solutions. In particular, Mr. Davies oversees business development for 3Com Canada's network telephony solutions, which offer the efficiencies and benefits of a converged network environment.

Mr. Davies plays a key role in providing education and healthcare institutions with solutions that allow them to spend less time figuring out what to do with their network and more time reaping rewards from their network, including distance learning for universities and tele-medicine for medical clinics and hospitals. In his role as marketing director, he leads 3Com's marketing programs, reinforcing and delivering on the company's message of radical simplicity in all activities and materials.

Mr. Davies joined 3Com Canada in January 2000, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in the Canadian technology industry. Prior to 3Com, he held a broad range of marketing, project management and technical positions with Xerox Canada. Most recently, Mr. Davies was Xerox's marketing manager for the public sector, where he was responsible for delivering Xerox products and solutions to educational institutions.
