Stephen Fellows is the Director of Finance and Operations for 3Com Canada.

Mr. Fellows is responsible for all aspects of the financial operations for 3Com Canada. His financial and business skills as a part of the executive team, plays a strong role in developing and ensuring reliable fiscal planning for 3Com in the Canadian market.

Mr. Fellows joined 3Com Canada as a result of its acquisition of U.S. Robotics in June, 1997. He joined U.S. Robotics in August, 1996 as the Canadian controller. Prior to this, Mr. Fellows worked with Pennzoil Corporation in the International Mergers and Acquisitions group.

Mr. Fellows holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario. Mr. Fellows has been awarded his Chartered Accountants designation.
