Note 1: If the option " upgrade to on site maintenance" is purchased this includes three years of on site maintenance. This is a 7 day/24 hour maintenance with an average 4 hour response time. It must be purchased when the initial product is purchased. 2nd year and 3rd year maintenance cannot be purchased without purchasing the upgrade to on site maintenance first.

Note 2: Installation and Configuration Services can be purchased when the product is purchased. Configuration must be purchased with Installation.

Note 3: 3NS is 3Com Network Supervisor, which ships on a CD with the 3Com Switch products. It is also available from www.3com.com free of charge. 3C15100D. It must be registered within 30 days of product purchase with 3Com.
